LGExch Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LGExch website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all use of LGExch services — including Sports betting, the Live Casino, the game lobby, the mobile app, bonus offers, the VIP programme, deposits, and withdrawals. They form the complete agreement between you and LGExch regarding your use of the platform.

LGExch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use LGExch, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as a professional betting agent.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended LGExch account.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are using LGExch for personal entertainment purposes only.

LGExch may request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or as part of an account review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your LGExch login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact LGExch support immediately. LGExch will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold one LGExch account only. This applies regardless of the device used, the email address or phone number registered, or the payment method used to fund the account. If LGExch identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed. Any bonus funds or winnings accrued in duplicate accounts will be voided and the accounts will not be eligible for reinstatement.

3. Deposits

Deposits on LGExch are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply to specific payment methods and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transfer being confirmed. Bank Transfer deposits may take one to three business days to clear, depending on your bank and the time of transfer. LGExch does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside LGExch's control and are your own responsibility.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash account. The same applies to Easypaisa, Raast, and bank accounts. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a different account or a third party under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, LGExch will require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport and confirming ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players equally.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours once approved. Bank Transfer withdrawals are generally completed within one to three business days. LGExch does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier.

Withdrawal Conditions

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• LGExch reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals as part of standard compliance procedures.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits.
• In cases where a reversal or chargeback has been initiated on a deposit, all pending withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

LGExch offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and expiry periods — which are clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and can only be used for wagering on the platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational players only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation is not permitted and will result in bonus voidance and potential account suspension.
• LGExch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on LGExch are subject to the platform's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. The key principles are set out below.

Bet Acceptance

LGExch reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets placed verbally, by email, or through any channel other than the platform itself are not valid.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond a defined period, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to integrity concerns, or technical failure that resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Odds during live betting move in real time and may be suspended at any moment — particularly at the fall of a wicket, a goal, or other significant match events. Bets are only confirmed once accepted; bets placed during a suspension window will not be honoured.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL matches and international cricket, the following specific rules apply:

• Match betting requires a minimum number of overs to be bowled to constitute a valid result, as specified in the individual market rules displayed on the platform.
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, bets will be settled on the official match result unless stated otherwise in the market rules.
• Player performance markets (top scorer, most wickets, etc.) are settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

7. Live Casino and Game Lobby Rules

LGExch's Live Casino and game lobby titles are provided by third-party software providers. These games are subject to the rules displayed within each individual game, in addition to LGExch's general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and LGExch's Terms, LGExch's Terms take precedence.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of Live Casino titles, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels in a live studio environment. LGExch does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software failure — bets placed on incomplete rounds may be voided and stakes returned, or the round may be reconstructed from game logs and settled on the available outcome, depending on the nature and extent of the failure. The decision of LGExch's technical team is final in such cases.

8. Account Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour

Players are expected to use LGExch in good faith and for personal entertainment only. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches to gain an advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity related to the proceeds of crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward LGExch staff or other players.

9. VIP Programme

The LGExch VIP programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits including faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonus offers, dedicated support access, and invitations to high-limit tables. VIP tier progression is based on accumulated wagering activity across Sports, Live Casino, and the game lobby.

VIP status and benefits are subject to review and may be adjusted, suspended, or removed if a player's account is found to be in breach of these Terms. 10. Responsible Gaming

LGExch is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not a source of income. We actively encourage players to manage their gaming activity and make use of the tools available.

Available responsible gaming tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These can be accessed directly on the Responsible Gaming page without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in full account suspension for the requested period.

If gaming is no longer enjoyable, if you find yourself spending more than you intend, or if gaming is affecting your finances or personal relationships, please use the self-exclusion tool or take a break. LGExch supports your right to step back from the platform at any time without friction.

11. Privacy and Data

LGExch collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy. Data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the platform experience.

LGExch will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant authorities where required by law or in connection with fraud prevention obligations.

12. Changes to the Platform and Terms

LGExch may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time, including game availability, payment methods, odds markets, and promotional offers. Where changes to these Terms are material, LGExch will update the date shown at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated via the platform's notification system.

Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Limitation of Liability

LGExch provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and accurate information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LGExch's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. LGExch is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by technical failures beyond LGExch's reasonable control.
